Hotel was beautiful as they took an old church and turned it into a hotel. Rooms were clean and accommodating, with a great bathroom. It is located on a beautiful canal, frozen over as we were there in the winter, none the less it has great walking spaces around the canal. We enjoy staying at Homewood Suites and this one was no different. The only setback to this place is the parking and no hot tub. Parking was $42 to stay in the parking garage since it is in downtown.

I enjoyed my stay, the room is spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast had lots of variety and the lobby free drinks were an advantage. The backyard has a wonderful lake view and garden (which makes it feel like heaven). Highly recommended.

The Hilton Hotel is a world-famous hotel, but this stay has given me a very bad impression. I booked two rooms on November 11, 2025, checked into the hotel on the 11th, and checked out on the 13th. Due to the rush of check-out, I left things in both rooms, one was a mobile phone charging plug and connection, and the other was a computer power adapter (Asian plug to American plug). On the evening of the 13th, he called the hotel lobby to explain the situation. The receptionist in the lobby said that he would wait for the manager to open the warehouse door to get it. The next morning, our family drove 30 minutes to the hotel lobby, but the receptionist still said that the manager was not there and we couldn't get it. These two plugs are not worth much, but the hotel's way of dealing with things is too impolite. Normally, customers come to the hotel to pick up their belongings. Why don't they take guests seriously? This is the worst Hilton store we have ever stayed in.

這次出差從芝加哥到印第安那波利斯，選擇了這家希爾頓酒店，酒店環境優美，有四分之一部分是由老式教堂組成，古典與現代結合，酒店樓下就是著名的印第安納中央運河步道，步道兩邊風光旖旎。酒店離市中心很近，步行一刻鐘即可到達。酒店設施齊全，有健身房和游泳池。客房是小套房，有廚房設施，鍋碗瓢盆一應具全，房間內衞生整潔。房間內的自來水有鹹味，最好是自購瓶裝水。車庫緊鄰酒店，出入很方便，唯一不足是要付停車費，每天42美元。早餐是典型的美式，有水果，沒有蔬菜。服務品質打低分是因為我們離開酒店時，將電腦電源轉接頭和手機充電線遺落在酒店，當晚去電話問詢，服務員説要經部門經理才有權拿到。第二天專程開車三十多公里趕回去酒店取插頭，前台服務員還是説要經理來才能取，經理在哪裡不知道，這就太沒有人性啦，又不是什麼貴重物品，搞得如此複雜，令人費解。插頭雖不值幾個錢，但酒店的信譽應該值錢，希望該酒店改進服務品質！
